Purpose of Role
To deliver high‑quality sales administration and support for customers, the commercial team, and the wider business. This role builds strong cross‑functional relationships, drives operational efficiency, and ensures an exceptional end‑to‑end customer experience.
Key Accountabilities
On a typical day you’ll be expected to:
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate, compelling, and timely quotations across our full product range — and proactively following up to keep momentum strong.
- Drive order excellence by loading and managing customer sales orders with precision, ensuring swift acknowledgements and clear, reliable shipment confirmations.
- Support smooth order delivery by issuing timely payment reminders for pre‑pay accounts, helping customers avoid delays and keeping orders on track.
- Champion data quality by reviewing, updating, and maintaining key information in Salesforce to support smarter decision‑making across the business.
- Coordinate installation activities, liaising with customers and engineers to ensure a seamless experience.
- Support business performance through the creation and upkeep of insightful reports that help teams stay informed, aligned, and ahead of target.
- Manage product aftercare processes, including administration for repairs and replacements, to ensure quick resolutions.
- Be a valued team player by providing holiday and absence cover for colleagues across the sales support and admin teams.
- Safeguard the company’s innovation by maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date records of patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
- Keep our intellectual property protected by tracking key filing deadlines, renewals, and maintenance requirements with diligence.
- Maintain organised, efficient filing systems and databases for effortless retrieval of critical documents and information.

Experience and Skills
- Good educational background, up to A Level standard
- Experience of using Salesforce in any capacity preferred but not required
- Experience of using Microsoft outlook and teams
- Intermediate capabilities with Microsoft Excel
- Experience working within a team which is cross-functional and/or international
