Our hiring process
If you find a role and you have the skills we’re looking for, submit your application online. This will include uploading your CV and a cover letter.
Our recruitment team will review applications and if you have the skills we’re looking for we will be in touch.
2. Get to know each other
If you're shortlisted, we'll invite you to a first-stage interview, usually held via Microsoft Teams. We'll send you everything you need to join the call.
If things go well, we'll then invite you to a second-stage interview at our site. It's a great opportunity for us to get to know you better, and for you to learn more about Xaar, meet the team, and see if we're the right fit for each other.
3. Your offer
If we believe your skills, experience, and career goals are a great match for the role, we'll be delighted to make you an offer.
Changing jobs is a big decision, so our HR team will be on hand to answer any questions you may have along the way. Once you've accepted, we'll help you get started with a personalised onboarding plan and guide you through your first steps as part of the Xaar team.
