The Xaar Versatex is an out-of-the-box print engine offering complete flexibility to easily develop or integrate a digital inkjet solution for a range of applications.

Comprising of fully integrated datapath, ink supply system and an array of printheads giving you instant access to the ImagineX platform, the Xaar Versatex is a user-friendly, ready-to-go solution making it quick and easy to get to market.

The Xaar Versatex enables users with limited inkjet experience and expertise to fast track the digital inkjet development and integration process, allowing them to easily develop new applications or integrate into existing processes and machines. While experienced users can seamlessly introduce a complete print engine directly on to their existing equipment.

The Xaar Versatex is available as an evaluation kit and a print engine.

Xaar Versatex evaluation kit: The evaluation kit is an initial inkjet system which can be configured up to a print width of ~210mm (three printheads), using either Xaar Nitrox or Xaar 2002, with integrated ink system, datapath, and software. It can be mounted within an existing application to enable full validation of Xaar printheads and technology before transitioning to a full print engine solution.

Xaar Versatex print engine: The print engine is currently available in up to ~420mm using Xaar 2002, with integrated ink system, datapath and software that has flexible mounting capabilities. This system is designed to be implemented after the evaluation kit has been used to prove the customer desired print process.
