Learning and development

We take development seriously and provide opportunities for technical training where appropriate for relevant professional qualifications as well as more targeted development for individuals such as coaching and mentoring.  

We believe that the best way to learn and develop is through the interesting and challenging work as part of your role at Xaar. You’ll be given early responsibility of your development but will be well supported by your manager and colleagues. 

As a new employee, we’ll work with you and your manager to ensure that you have a comprehensive onboarding plan. You’ll also work alongside highly skilled and experienced colleagues and managers who will help settle in and guide you

Xaar Social

All UK employees have the opportunity to join Xaar's social club for annual fee and enjoy access to subsided events including concerts, meals out and family activities. 

We hold events throughout the year to raise money for a variety of national and local charities. We sponsor employees and their families engaging in sports activities and personal challenges they participate in. 

We support local Imagineering Clubs which introduce 8-16 year olds to the world of engineering, science and technology.
