Learning and development
We believe that the best way to learn and develop is through being given interesting and challenging work. You’ll therefore be given early responsibility but you’ll also be well supported by your manager and colleagues. As a new employee we’ll work with you and your manager to ensure that you have a comprehensive on-boarding plan. You’ll also be working alongside highly skilled and experienced colleagues and managers who will help you settle in and guide you.
We take development seriously and provide opportunities for technical training and financial support where appropriate for people taking relevant professional qualifications as well as more targeted development for individuals such as coaching and mentoring. We also deliver regular development workshops for our leaders and managers and invest time in identifying and helping develop the leaders of tomorrow.
We have a strong track record of promoting people from within wherever possible and your career development will be supported through regular personal development discussions and performance reviews.
