Directions

The SID2012 Spring Meeting will start at XaarJet AB in the morning of May 7, 2012.

At 15:30, May 7, we will transfer to the M/S Cinderella at the Viking Line Terminal in Stockholm. Those of you, who prefer to go directly to the M/S Cinderella, please check ‘Driving Directions to M/S Cinderella below.

Please ensure that you contact the Organisation Team to arrange check-in on M/S Cinderella.

Driving instructions to XaarJet AB

XaarJet AB is located some 20km northwest of Stockholm Centre.

Drivers coming from Stockholm International Airport Arlanda

1. Take the freeway (A4) towards Stockholm.
2. After 22 km take the exit ‘Rotebro’ onto road 267 westwards towards Enköping, Stäket.
3. After 6 km take the entrance into freeway E18 towards Stockholm.
4. After 7 km take E18 exit number 155  ’Viksjö, Barkaby Handelsplatsen S’. At the roundabout take the second exit towards Viksjö, Veddesta.
5. After 1 km, at the third traffic light, take a right turn into Elektronikhöjden and check for signs to ‘Xaar’ (see the map below)

Drivers coming from Stockholm Centre

1. On freeway E4 northwards, turn into Freeway E18 towards Oslo.
2. Follow E18 for 11 km and take E18 exit number 155 ´Viksjö, Barkaby Handelsplatsen S’.
3. At the exit turn left under the bridge, and take the first exit at the roundabout towards Viksjö, Veddesta.
4. After 1 km, at the third traffic light, take a right turn into Elektronikhöjden and check for signs to ‘Xaar’ (see the map below)

Public transport from Stockholm Central

1. Take the commuter train (pendeltåg) J35 to Bålsta, Kungsängen or Jakobsberg
2. Get off at Barkaby Station
3. Take Bus 552 or 553 to Jakobsbergs Station leaving in front of the station
4. Get off at Elektronikhöjden
