Production Operator (Shift working required)

Purpose of Role

To assemble and test printheads in a clean room environment in accordance with standard operating procedures (manual and automated assembly processes)

Key Responsibilities

Working with manual and automated assembly processes in a cleanroom environment you will be required to:

• Assemble and test printheads
• Adhere to standard operating procedures
• Meet daily production targets
• Continually improve specified processes

• Accurate, good attention to detail (will be working with microns)
• Diligent – with a methodical approach and eye for detail

Qualifications & Experience

• A proven track record within a manufacturing environment and experience of  manufacturing processes is desirable
• Prior experience of working in a cleanroom environment

Working Hours

It is a requirement of your role that you participate in a shift rota.  The shift pattern will be as follows: 

• Days:  
  Monday - Friday  (8.00am - 4.00pm)
   
• Double Days:  You will be entitled to receive a shift premium of 15% of salary for working the Double Day Shift
  Early:  Monday - Thursday  (6.00am - 2.15pm)   Friday (6.00am - 1.00pm)
  Late:  Monday - Thursday  (2.00pm - 10.00pm)   Friday (12.45pm - 8.45pm)
   
• Nights:  You will be entitled to receive a shift premium of 35% of salary for working the Night Shift
  Sunday  (12.15am - 6.15am)  Mondday - Thursday  (9.45pm - 6.15am)
