We are a small company of about 300 people worldwide which means everybody actively contributes to our success and growth. Pay & Benefits

Our reward package provides employees with a competitive salary, bonus opportunity and generous benefits such as 25 days holiday, employer pension contributions, life cover, permanent health insurance and private medical cover. In addition we recognise special achievements throughout the year and provide opportunities for employees to share in Xaar's growth through Save as You Earn and other share based incentives where appropriate. In addition, we run an active subsidised social club where employees can take part in a variety of events outside of work.
