Xaar demonstrates its innovative piezoelectric inkjet technology and applications for the electronic-display sector on Booth 948 at SID 2007 (May 20-25^th, Long Beach, USA). The highlight of the display is the launch of Xaar’s latest printhead, the Xaar 1001 GS6, which offers makers of display manufacturing equipment considerable commercial advantage through outstanding precision, productivity, and reliability.

Designed for high-speed, high-repeatability applications, the Xaar 1001 GS6 printhead is based on Xaar’s patented Hybrid Side-Shooter™, TF Technology™. With dynamically variable drop sizes, this new printhead architecture offers a step-change in non-contact materials deposition technology for display industry manufacturing. Key benefits include: very high reliability; excellent drop placement accuracy; self-priming and self-cleaning; superb repeatability; long lifetime.
