Xaar plc ("Xaar"), the inkjet printing technology group headquartered in Cambridge will, subject to Shareholder approval, pay the 2.0p annual dividend on 15 June 2007 to shareholders on the register at the close of businesson 18 May 2007. This amends the details included in the final results statement issued earlier today.
